Frequently asked questions
How many people can attend?
The programme is incredibly flexible. It can work for groups as small as 20, but can accommodate gatherings of 100+ (subject to venue size).
How long does it last?
The overall session will last around 45 minutes. This will include the setting up of the headsets, a briefing, the silent disco experience, the post experience debrief.
How does the education part integrate into the silent disco?
The silent disco has two channels of music that participants can choose from. During the disco a voice appears at various stages and covers areas such as “What is spiking?”, “What are the symptoms?”, “What to do if you’re spiked”.
What health and safety precautions should we take?
Your venue needs to be fully compliant with the normal health and safety requirements such as clearly sign posted exits. The silent disco will feature music and kaleidoscope goggles which are designed to mirror a spiking incident. Attendees will be made aware of the type of experience they will encounter. Attendees will need to sign a waiver form before participating.
