Refund policy

At Counterspike, we take product integrity and customer safety seriously.
Every SpikeStixx – Anti Drink Spiking Test Strip pack is manufactured and packaged under strict quality controls.
Because this is a single-use safety and hygiene product, we can only accept returns under certain conditions outlined below.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@counterspike.com.
We’ll provide you with the return address and full instructions.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@counterspike.com if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We’ll review the issue promptly and send a replacement or process a refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used test strips

  • Products not in their original sealed packaging

  • Items purchased during promotions or on sale

  • Gift cards

These restrictions ensure product safety and guarantee that every test strip reaching a customer is fresh, uncontaminated, and reliable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
