Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed by 12 noon (UK time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day.

United Kingdom: tracked delivery in 2–4 working days, £2.99, free on orders over £30.

Ireland, European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway: Royal Mail International Standard, 5–8 working days, £4.99 (charged in your local currency at checkout), free on orders over £40.

EU orders: VAT is included in the price shown at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway: local import VAT and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery.
